The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars (USD), and payment must be made in USD through PayPal or Stripe.
Please note that Mandalorian Store reserves the right to change any product's price without prior notification.
The price you see on the store's page is genuine and will remain the same at checkout.
Shipping rates displayed on our shipping information page are also genuine and will appear the same at checkout.
The exact amount shown in your order will be charged to you, and no additional sum will be charged without your consent.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will refund any sum that was deducted from your account.
Payment is due at the time the order is submitted.
Mandalorian Store may take and receive payment as is due for the order.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
Finally, we do not retain any details of your PayPal or Stripe account, credit card, or debit card.

Additionally, when you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $39.99 to the Contiguous United States.
For orders under $39.99, the shipping cost is: $4.99.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms provided below.
We have included these terms to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement, to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General:

Our website tries to maintain accurate stock counts; however, we may have stock discrepancies from time to time.
If we are unable to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will supply the available products to you and contact you to inquire whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would like us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs:

We provide FREE shipping for orders over $39.99 within the Contiguous United States.
For orders under $39.99, shipping is $4.99.

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final cost for shipping to you.

Return Due To Change Of Mind:

We will accept returns due to a change of mind if you request a return within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
The item(s) must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
You will be required to pay the return shipping costs, and you will be responsible for arranging your own shipping.
Once we receive and accept returns, we will process refunds to store credit for a future purchase.
We will notify you via email once this has been completed.
We will refund the value of the goods returned, but we will NOT refund any shipping costs you paid.

Warranty Returns:

We will honor any valid warranty claims, provided that you submit a claim within 90 days of receiving the items.
You will be required to pre-pay the return shipping costs, but we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Once we receive the items for a warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once your warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of either a refund to your payment method or a replacement item if stock is available.

Delivery Terms

Change of Delivery Address:

If you need to change the delivery address, please let us know before the order is dispatched.
Orders placed before 12 PM - PDT (UTC-07) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse is closed.
In such cases, we will take steps to ensure shipment delays are minimized.

P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping:

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
For military addresses, we can ship using USPS, but not with courier services.

Items Out of Stock:

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Delivery Time Exceeded:

If your delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can investigate.

Tracking Notifications:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link that will allow you to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit:

If you receive a parcel that is damaged during transit, please reject it if possible and contact our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps.

Duties and Taxes:

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know before it is dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance:

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

Process for Parcel Damaged or Lost in Transit:

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.

Please note that if we are unable to deliver the goods to your home due to an error in the address or information provided on the order, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee based on the weight of the product and the delivery location. Once you have made the payment, Shipping Prudential will pack everything and make the shipment. After your package has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your purchases.
