Refund policy

You can exchange or return your item within 30 days from delivery date if the following conditions are met:

- You provide the original receipt.
- The item(s) are new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Gift items must include a gift receipt. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:

- Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items).
- As-is items.
- Floor models.
- Consumable items such as food, drink, and batteries.
- Items damaged or abused.
- Items missing any accessories.
- Opened items.
- Breast pumps.
- Nursing bras.
- Intimate apparel or intimate garments such as panties (including but not limited to training panties), shape-wear and any item worn against the body below the waist with intimate contact.
- All lotions and shampoo products.
- Swimwear.
- Christening clothes.
- Halloween costumes.

Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply on replacement items, unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned.
According to our Exchange and Return Period policy, the same product will be re-shipped.

This will help to ensure your return will be authorized for a refund.

Refund Method

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method. We reserve the right to deny any return.
If the product is without the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law.
