Cancellation/Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and that's why we have a flexible exchange and return policy.
You can exchange or return any item within 30 days from the original purchase date, as long as you meet the following criteria:
- Provide the original receipt
- The item(s) must be new, unopened, and in the original packaging
- The return must be within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Gift items must include the gift receipt. Refunds for gift items will be given in the form of a gift card.
Please note that some items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items)
- As-is items
- Damaged or abused items
- Products with missing accessories
- Opened items
Refund Method
Your refund will be sent in the same form as the original purchase method.
However, we reserve the right to deny any return.
In case the product does not have the original package or shows signs of usage, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Arbitration
If the parties involved in these Terms and Conditions are unable to resolve any dispute or disagreement arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, then such dispute shall only be resolved through final and binding arbitration, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service selected by both parties. The arbitration will take place in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final, and a judgment may be entered upon it in any court that has jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any legal or equitable action, proceeding, or arbitration arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims related to these Terms and Conditions, including any Tort claims. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The Arbitrator will determine the entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. This arbitration provision will remain in effect even after the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Class Action Waiver
Any disputes or claims arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through individual arbitration. Class arbitrations, as well as class/representative/collective actions, are not allowed. The parties involved agree that a party may only bring claims against the other party in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any putative class, collective, and/or representative proceeding, such as in the form of a private attorney general action against the other party. Furthermore, unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Termination/Access Restriction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida for all disputes arising from or related to the use of the Site. Unauthorized use of the Site in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including this section, is prohibited.
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Mandalorian Store as a result of this agreement or your use of the Site. Mandalorian Store is subject to existing laws and legal processes, and nothing in this agreement is intended to interfere with Mandalorian Store's right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Mandalorian Store in connection with such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mandalorian Store with respect to the Site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous electronic, oral, or written communications and proposals between you and Mandalorian Store. A printed version of this agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drafted in English.
Changes to Terms
Mandalorian Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms and conditions of www.mandalorain.store at any time. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will always be binding and supersede any previous versions.
